Our mission is simple: to support Black and underrepresented minority students along their paths to success and to inspire as many people to serve their communities in whatever way they can. We do not see serving others as something that only happens once we attain success. We believe that service begets success, and we are at our best when we are helping someone else. With mentoring and scholarship programs serving students across the United States, we are committed to reaching back to help others as we reach forward to accomplish our goals.
